Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I have gone through the tutorial online for creating a thumbnail gallery and have followed all the steps, but when I go to preview it, I receive the following error:
Error processing CFX custom tag "CFX_imagecr3".
The CFX custom tag "CFX_imagecr3" was not found in the custom tag database. Please be sure to add custom tags to the database before using them. If you have added your tag to the database then you should check the spelling of the tag within your template to insure that it matches the database entry.
Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem? Thank you...

Hello,
This means that the CFX_imagecr3 library is not installed. You need to contact your system administrator to find out which of the supported Image Manipulation libraries you can use. For the list of supported libraries, please read this page.
