Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I've been looking into buying some WebAssist extensions and wondered if anyone has found them to be a good alternative to either Interakt or ADDT?

In my opinion Webassist have great products but are toys compared to the thought and effort thet the OLD interakt team put into their products
ADDT is just a representation of MXKollection for CS3 it and in no way implies that just because adobe have realeased it they aren't going to just junk it or destory the creativity behind it. The AWESOME tools that i was used to have been literally cut dead in their tracks by Adobe, very frustrating but knowing adobe of old not very surprising, they can never see a good idea through, lets discuss go live...
Conversley webassist, despite poor, exceptionally cluttered thinking, woeful support, laughable documentation and examles are at least committed to on going development, theres very good reason that adobe were interested in the people at interakt and not webassist...
The only real hope is that the next version of dreamweaver gives the un informed the opportunity to experience what interakt where building... i still miss them everyday... sad but true

Same boat here, I was trying with a few extensions from web assist and had to ask for a refund, the iRite extension it's a complete joke, and one thing that's a royal pain is, they claims that their extensions works on MAC, so, you go and buy the thing and then you realize that was a lie, real shame, however, yes, I miss them too : (
