Hi all,
I'm in EST (Easter Standard Timezone) and my webhosting provider is in a MST (Mountain Standard Timezone). My question is: in my orders table, the order date/time is in MST. How can I save them in EST? MST is 2 hours behind EST.
Thanks!

Hello,
MX Kart does not support saving the date and time into a different timezone then the current one set on the machine on which it is running. if you want the date and time to be saved in EST, the server must also be set to EST.

Hi Razvan, thank you for the reply. However, I cannot set the server time to EST because I don't have access to do that. Is there anyway I could in the php scripting side?
Can I not do somthing like this: putenv("TZ=US/Eastern") somewhere in the MXKart scripts where time gets initialized?
Thanks.

Hello,
No, you cannot do this, as only root has the ability to change the time zone for the machine.
