Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi,
Sorry, I have posted previously in the MX Kommerce Forum - ignore it - I simply overlooked this special forum.
Problem:
the site i am currently working on runs on a shared hosting provider with php safe mode ON and this obviously restricts image resizing with MX Kollection 3.7.1.
Message:
("Image processing library not available or does not support operation. ... )
PHP Version 4.3.11, gd-library 2.028 is installed and library setting in the control panel is gd. (the whole installation works perfectly on my local WAMPP machine with safe mode to OFF)
Do you offer a workaround for that - or do I have to ask the provider for a site specific safe-mode inactivation?
In general, I believe image manipulation is a core feature of MX Kollektion and should work also in php safe mode.
