Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I'm using the File Upload server behavior and have it set to rename the file if the file exists. It refuses to rename the file which causes problems when displaying thumbnails because the filename has stayed the same and it doesn't create the new thumbnail. I've also set it to Block Upload if the filename is the same, but it doesn't block it.
I managed to find a way around the problem by selecting Auto on the Resize Method for Showing thumbnails. But there is still the problem of not renaming the file or blocking the file upload.

So you can upload the file but you cant rename it.
You nedd to check the folder and the file's write permission. Set it to 777 or 766.
To change th trigger upload mode: includes/common/KT_config.inc.php
Im not an expert but have some practice.
