HI. I have a db with 2 columns. PicID and PicName. I want to have 3 fields so I can upload 3 pics at a time. I want it to however to automatically increment the PicID value. So, the first pic will be 1 and the second 2 and the 3rd 3 and then when I upload again it must carry on if that makes sense. I can't seem to achieve this. Please help! Many thanks.

This cannot be done just with MX File Upload. However, this can be done using NeXTensio as it supports multiple record inserts.

Well, I want to know why Adobe feels the need to buy everything because I cannot afford to pay for that whole package. I don't want the other things. Just the upload stuff. Is there absolutely no-where I can get NeXTensio? I will happily pay for it.

Hello,
No, NeXTensio cannot be sold separately. It can only be found in the Developer Toolbox. Also, you should note that NeXTensio is not related to file upload. With it, you can create dynamic lists and forms. It just has the ability to insert multiple records at the same time (in your case 3 pictures in the table). However, for the actual upload, you still need to use the File Upload trigger, that is also part of the Developer Toolbox.

It is possible by writing custom code, but not by simply tweaking the code. Unfortunately since we do not provide commercial support and the code is not simple, we cannot help you with this.
