Hello,

The URL looks OK. Can you post FTP connection details and the URL of your site so we can try and debug this, as this could be caused either by incorrect permissions or some configuration directives.

Hi Tosin

The problem lies with having the correct privileges to write to the server. I have struggled with fule upload when I used the testing server (Apache) on my Windows machine. I could not set the privileges correctly for full write access.

Our main server, however, is a Linux setup and it was quite easy to set my privileges to have full access, and it worked very well.

I hope it helps.

Willem

Thank Willem. The problem is actually not with file upload, but download. the upload works well but the download generates a blank page instead of downloading the associated file. Both file upload and file download worked very well when i hosted the website on Apache, but the Yahoo! small business hosting is on window, and that was when i started to experience the problem.

Please do you think it might be a permission problem with the temp folder? because the folder I uploaded into has the write and read permission.

I am now having the same problem. I think it is the server. How do I work this out?

I don't have problems on other sites but on iPower I am having a problem with when I click download a blank screen appears and when I click update/delete/insert the session isn't being captured on that page, so it doesn't go back to the List.

Do have have to change configuration files? Thanks
