MX Dynamic Table Sorter Forum :: Add fields

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Is it possible to add fields to an existing table? Once the table is built it's rather hard to remove or add additional tables without new recordsets.

Hello,

It's possible to add fields to the table that was generated. But you will also have to add the sorting behavior to the fields you will add.

For that, I think it would be quicker to remove the Dynamic table alltogether, modify the recordset to include the new fields, and re-apply the Dynamic table on the new recordset.
