This thread was displayed: 117 times

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

I inherited a computer as part of my job. While upgrading to DW 8, I am getting error about 'SERVERMODEL_JSP is not defined' and 'transMXCharts.html has configuration information that is invalid.' Both of which lead me to your web site.

I have nothing on record or on my computer that is from this company, but apparently somewhere this or another extension was installed.

Where can I find any of these files to remove them and get rid of your product of this computer so my DW 8 will function normally.

Hello,

The product should be listed in the Extension Manager from where you can remove it. If it has not been properly uninstalled, you can rename the configuration folder. However, this will uninstall all your currently installed extensions and you will have to reinstall them. The path of the Configuration directory can be found in this technote.
