MX Coder Pack Forum :: Opening large file locks up Dreamweaver 8

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I've been trying to edit a larger file (approx. 185kb), which defines numerous functions for an e-commerce application. The problem is... if the MX Coder Pack is enabled, Dreamweaver 8 locks up totally and has to be forced closed.

Smaller files open fine and if Coder Pack is disabled, the 185kb file opens fine. Any word on when an update/fix may be available?

Hello,

We are working right now on releasing new versions of our products which are DW 8 compatible. However, MX Coder Pack is not right now on our agenda.

I will note down you report. Please upload here the page causing problems.
