Form Validation Forum :: date comparison isn't working

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

i've attached the form.

I have a form field that I want to compare to a recordset field. the form field must be a greater date than the recordset field. i put the recordset value in a hidden field and then i used form validation. i also used compare transaction fields and it still doesn't work.

i do not see why this isn't working.

Please also attach here the database .sql/.mdb script file inorder to make a test.

Has anyone had a chance to look at this? I cannot figure out why the validation isn't working.
