Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I just spent 600 dollars to buy MX Kommerce and now it's 150 dollars off. Sorry, but that does not make me a happy customer. Bah, Humbug.

150 dollars off??? I still see MX Kommerce listed at $599 - Am I missing something? Is it supposed to cost $450 at this time?
Other question I have, what kind of udate service is included with purchase. Can you download updates for free when they are released? - Particularly, I understand that version 2.0 of MX Shop is to be released next year, will I be able to upgrade for free to that version if I buy MX Shop (or MX Kommerce) now?

2 Questions in same theme as pbo:
1. If I purchase mx kollection and later want mx kommerce, will you give me credit for mx kollection purchase towards mx kommerce please?
2. clarification on upgrade policy, sound like you folks are releasing new versions in mid 2005. how can we stay current in our software investment?

Hi,
If you buy MX Kollection now, there is an upgrade path to MX Kommerce that takes into account the fact that you have MX Kollection already, and you only pay for the difference.
As for the new versions that we'll release in 2005, this will probably happen in June/August 2005, and we'll also offer you an upgrade path (usually we charge 60% of the normal license fee for major version upgrades).
