Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Is anyone having problems with the KTML remote file explorer with Vista. I have some clients who after clicking upload can't see the Windows panel to let them select an image. The hour glass or other clock shows up and just spins. I have XP and I don't run into that problem. However, if I click upload once and close the Windows panel and click upload again, then I get what my clients get.

any solutions?

The problem has been posted before but someone give the solution and worked for me.

Thanks, will try and see if it will work. I have tried FireFox on Vista and it works fine even though it has Flash 10.
