MX Kollection Forum :: Kollection offline activation

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

After formatting my PC and trying to reinstall my MX Kollection and perform an online activation, I got the message that because I activate the product more than 5 times, I will need to do the activation offline. I sent a message yesterday but so far I received no replies. I know it's only one day, but due to the fact that Interakt does state that the support is discontinued I am growingly worried. Am I going to manage to activate again my product? With Adobe's choice to discontinue ADDT I can't even migrate all the projects that I developped in the past with the Kollection.

I really hope that I will receive a reply, but I am a bit concerned. I also think that due to the fact that there is no support anymore, they should at least remove this limit of 5 online activations. I am running a business and I can't tell a client that I am not able to do anything on his website because of these reasons. I feel the right to freely use  a software I paid for!

Anybody had the same experience?

I ve got the same problem today and hope, that anyone from former interakt answeer my e-mail at activation@interaktonline.com with my customer-key. AND

i hope they set the counter at zero again.

hi, my notebook also died and i'm trying to reinstall all my extensions but some need to be activated offline. do you solved the problem?

i have send a Mail at activation@interaktonline.com AND hr-romania@adobe.com, because i thought, that activation@interaktonline.com isnt activ anymore. Next Day i receeved an answer, that my online account was activated again and so i can activate MX Kollection online again.
