Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

This is driving me mad, getting the following error when trying to use the Show Thumbnail Server Behavior, folders set to 777, Show Thumbnail SB is working on same server for a different domain so I've no idea why not this time??
Error converting image (create thumbnail). The "/var/www/vhosts/domain/httpdocs/image_upload/thumbnails" folder has no write permissions.

is it possible that one domain (the one its working on) has open write permissions set for the whole site or at least to the folder that the thumbnails are being put in?
the error your getting on the 2nd domain (one the feature is not working on) is the error that would show when the write permissions are not set for either the folder or the whole domain.
for the domain, check your control panel for your hosting. try to see if you can find how to give the folder write permissions.
if you cant find that, then try to find something for the domain settings that gives write permissions for the domain. If this does solve the issue - I wouldnt leave it this way permanently. I would request to the hsot to set just the folder I needed to have the write permissions.
