Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.
For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

The CAPTCHA feature was working on my website, but now it doesn't. I spoke to tech support for my webhost and they said they updated PHP on their server to version 4.3.11. I was using GD as the image program in my Required Server Libraries. How can I get CAPTCHA to work with the newer PHP version. Using ImageMagick does not work with the CAPTCHA feature and never did so that I believe is out of the question. Can someone help me, please! :-)

Hello,
Captcha should work with ImageMagick. Can you post in a private message FTP connection details and the URL where you have captcha applied so we can try and find the problem?
Regards,

Is the image magick library installed on your server and properly configured?
Check your server path in your Interakt Control Panel.
Can you edit an uploaded photo using KTML?
Send me an email to fred at exelwebs dot com please
