I am using ASP VBScript.  This is a page that inserts a record into the database and then sends off an email.

I appreciate your support as always.

This appears to now be happening on another form of mine that I also have not modified in any way.  Oddly enough, the first form worked for a little bit and then this one went down with the same error.  As of right now however, both forms are getting the same Insert Record Error: FIELDS_GET_PK_ERROR.

          Please help.

          Thank you again.

          Hello Joe,

Did you modify the type of the primary key field in the database?

Could you please attach(to a new reply) the page you are using and the database so we can have a look and try to find a solution. Put them both in a zip file.

          Regards,
          Florin

          Hi MFP,
I'm afraid this was so long ago, I truly don't recall the pages this was happening on. I do remember that this was an Access Database and for some odd reason it was a hosting issue I believe with permissions to that database.  I believe I downloaded the database, deleted it off of the server, uploaded it again and contacted the hosting to make sure it had the correct permissions.  But again, I am so cloudy on all of this, that I am afraid I am probably not much help for you and I do apologize.

Thaks for your prompt reply, I just found the problem, ran out of disk space, deleted some old backup files and everything is back to normal

          regards
