Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I was sent an email stating that former ImpAKT customers will be receiving a free upgrade to Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox. I have did as the email requested and registered with Adobe. I was suppose to get some kind of a response but I have not. I then contacted Adobe by phone and was told to email ImpAKT which I have done. Still I have had no response, so now I am trying your forum. I would like to now where I am suppose to go to receive my free up grade to Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox.

Hello Gary,
As a Kollection owner, you are eligible for a free Developer Toolbox license and we have sent you an invitation email.
However, it seems that, although you have completed the initial registration steps, we cannot find your request. Can you please try to re-register to the program making sure you use the same email address as you used on the interaktonline.com website?
In addition, I suppose that the email response delay was due to the fact that the Bucharest office has been closed from 27th April until 3rd May.
