In order to create a new state for one of your existing AJAX panels in site, use the Add State command. It is accessible from two locations:
The MX AJAX Toolbox tab of the Insert bar (or MX AJAX Toolbox menu item from the Insert menu):
The AJAX Panels window/floater:
The AJAX State server behavior has one tab (Basic). Configure it as shown below:
Select the AJAX panel for which this new state is created.
Specify the state name. It should start with a letter or an underscore, and it should contain only alphanumeric characters.
In the Content file text box specify the site file that stores the content for the new panel state. A filename is automatically suggested starting from the state name (you can edit the suggestion), and the file will be physically created in the site structure after the command is applied.
If you had previously created the file, use the Browse button on the right to locate it in the site structure.
Specify the page title displayed when the main panel is in this new state.
Specify the meta description for the new state of the main panel.
Specify the meta keywords (comma-separated) for the new state of the main panel.
The three buttons in the top-right part of the interface offer the next functionalities:
Click OK when you are done configuring the server behavior.
Click Cancel to exit without the new settings to be applied.
The Help button brings you to this help page.
