Using the Property Inspector panel added by the CSS Menu Wizard you can make various changes in your current static menu - you can change the layout, skin, menu items information (label, tooltip, URL page, target window) etc.
Two links are generated in page when you create an expandable menu with one of the wizards. They allow you to show/hide all the sub-items simultaneously (the Expandable menu layout can have at most two levels):
