If the Insert window is displayed as a menu, access the wizards from the InterAKT menu item:
Note: Also notice the MX Kollection tab (menu item) in the Insert bar (menu). Click here to see what options it offers.
The server behavior provided by the product is Database-driven CSS Menu. It can be accessed from the Application panel, Server Behaviors -> + -> InterAKT:

The property inspector provided by MX CSS Menus corresponds to a menu generated with the CSS Menu Wizard. It is displayed in the lower part of the Dreamweaver interface when you click inside the menu translator, and it offers you the possibility to edit the "static" menu.
With the CSS Skin Editor you can edit the current skin used for your menu (and see the changes live in the menu translator from Design view, behind the editor dialog box). Depending on the menu type, the CSS Skin Editor is accessed from different locations:
After generating a static CSS menu, you can access the skin editor from the menu property inspector (displayed when the cursor is placed inside the menu translator), by clicking the Edit CSS Skin button.
After generating a dynamic CSS menu, you can access the skin editor from the Database-driven CSS Menu server behavior interface (double-click its name in the Server Behaviors tab of the Application panel): click the Edit CSS Skin button from the Layout tab.
The Create New CSS Skin dialog box is accessed from the CSS Skin Editor interface, by clicking the Save As button.
The suggestive button icons and wizards/server behaviors names make it easy for you to have a good orientation in Dreamweaver when using MX CSS Menus.
