Edit AJAX panel state

To edit an AJAX panel state (not its content), follow the next steps:

1. Go to the master page if you are not there (but editing a certain panel state) as shown here.

2. Notice in the Server Behaviors tab of the Application panel the existing AJAX Panel server behaviors, one for each panel.

3. Double-click the one that includes the state you want to edit.

4. In the dialog box that opens, go to the third tab (States).

5. • You cannot change the name of the panel state.

   • You can change the content file, and for states of the main panel, you can also change the title, meta description, and meta keywords.

To edit the content in a panel state you have to access that state first. You can do this in three ways:

1. Click the Edit Panel States icon in the MX AJAX Toolbox tab of the Insert bar.

2. Use the options corresponding to the AJAX Panels item in the right-click contextual menu.

3. Select the state you wan to edit in the AJAX Panels window/floater.
