To enable the file upload features of KTML 4 on Java Server Pages servers, you must modify the access rights for the destination folder - the one where files will be stored.
The web server user - the account under which the web server program is started on boot - must be allowed to read and write files in the specified image, documents, templates and media upload folders. More instructions on how to grant such permissions to users can be found here.
