Yes, it is true. Adobe has just acquired InterAKT together with the technology and team. We would like to thank all of you for standing by InterAKT while we were growing and expanding. Your ideas, commitment to our company and enthusiasm have driven our growth and led to this accomplishment. Our products and community could not have existed without your contribution.
Alexandru Costin, InterAKT co-founder, will stay as the Director of the Romanian R&D Center: "We have been working with Adobe/Macromedia since the beginning, and it feels natural to join the company that drives our ecosystem. We love to create software and Adobe will offer us a fertile ground for innovation". Bogdan Ripa, also an InterAKT co-founder, will be the Director of Engineering at Adobe Romania: "We always thought that InterAKT's technology and team together with Adobe's brand and power is a perfect fit. Everybody at InterAKT is looking forward to working at Adobe and building better experiences, expanding our reach to the whole Adobe customer base."

Adobe will continue to sell a bundle of InterAKT's most popular products called Kollection, which includes MX Kollection Pro, KTML, MX CSS Menus, XML Import Export. PHAkt and JSEclipse will continue to be distributed for free, while myFeedz.com will be featured as a Web 2.0 application on Adobe Labs.
Although InterAKT's most popular products are included in Kollection, sales of some products will be discontinued. Adobe is working with the InterAKT team to decide the best way to evolve these technologies.
We would like to assure you - the InterAKT customer - that we will continue to provide the quality support you're used to for at least 6 more months. All your purchased products will be available for download in the meantime.
We hope that you have enjoyed the time spent with InterAKT as much as we have. We would like to thank all of you for being here, and hope you will remain by our side in this new venture.
